IN COLLABORATION WITH

PRESENTS:

DISPUTE RESOLUTION SUMMIT

(Helping the Business Community to save cost of litigation)

Preamble

Businesses thrives on direct engagement with people. When business transactions are guided by principles that guarantee mutual trust, respect and sustainable relationships businesses grow beyond generations.

Unfortunately and particularly, in modern day business, people sacrifice sustainable relationships on the altar of profits, thereby putting businesses at risk. For example, most businesses do not evaluate the effect of offending other business partners, on future business. This phenomenon has thrown many out of business, as on daily basis, they offend their partners. This Summit has been developed as an antidote to this problem.

The summit provides businessmen and women as well as entrepreneurs the right business philosophy that guides them with the right skills and strategies that guarantee friendly business environment for business growth and prosperity.

This summit would specifically offer participants the rules of engagement with creditors and debtors, building trust in the business arena as security for growth, cohesion among customers and partners.

At the end of the summit participants would as well be endowed with corporate personality that inspire growth and expansion through interest based approach to business dispute and collaborative business management.
